1. General
By accessing and using edenmov.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Edén Movement is operated by Judit Maldonado, registered as a self-employed professional in Spain. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products
All products sold on edenmov.com are designed by Judit Maldonado and produced on demand. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen settings. Each mat is produced individually upon order — we do not hold inventory.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR and USD depending on your location. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Edén Movement reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via major credit cards and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. Edén Movement reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping
Orders are produced and shipped within 1–2 business days of purchase. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days within the United States and 7–21 business days internationally. These are estimates and not guarantees. Edén Movement is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition. As our products are made on demand, we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind for customised or personalised items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at edenmats.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at edenmats.official@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text and content on edenmov.com are the exclusive property of Judit Maldonado and Edén Movement. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Edén Movement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from the use of edenmov.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
